Commercial Sales Associate

We're seeking an early-career Sales Associate to support client relationships and help move opportunities from the initial conversation through completion. Working closely with an Account Executive, you'll coordinate proposals, keep projects moving, and make sure clients receive responsive service. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales process and an opportunity to build a foundation for a long-term sales career.

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients and opportunities, providing updates and responding to requests.
• Learn each client's goals and help identify ways to support and grow the relationship.
• Partner with Account Executives on proposals, pricing, presentations, and responses to requests for proposal.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on next steps.
• Keep customer information, sales activity, and opportunities current in the CRM.
• Work with internal teams to track timelines, resolve issues, and deliver a strong client experience.
• Manage details across multiple opportunities, from the initial request through final delivery.

• 0-2 years of professional experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A service-minded approach and an interest in building client relationships.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
