Business Development Manager - Dallas

Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in Europe and US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.

After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Dallas team and support the development of the US market.

In this position your responsibilities will be: prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio; you will also qualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants (70% sales / 30% recruitment).

Minimum of 2 years experience in building your own client portfolio in the IT staffing industry.

You enjoy prospecting and cold calling.
