What You'll DoDevelop new business opportunities and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Prospect, network, and generate leads through referrals, community involvement, and business development activities.

Identify client needs and provide Commercial Property & Casualty and/or Employee Benefits solutions.

Build and grow a book of business.

Collaborate with service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Participate in sales training, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Who We're Looking For We are open to various levels of experience, including:

Recent college graduates interested in a sales careerBDRs, SDRs, and business development professionals

Banking, payroll, staffing, technology, medical, and other B2B sales professionals

Insurance producers with Commercial P&C or Employee Benefits experience

Established producers looking to continue growing their book of business

Desired Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset

Self-motivated with a desire to succeed

Proven sales experience preferred but not required

Insurance licensing is a plus but not required for all candidates

Ability to prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities
