What You’ll Do

Engage shoppers at retail locations and start friendly conversations with homeowners
Introduce customers to ZINTEX home improvement services
Generate qualified leads and record information in our CRM
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display area
Participate in team trainings and meetings
Represent the ZINTEX brand with a positive and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For

An outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
A positive attitude and professional appearance
Comfort standing for extended periods
Weekend availability required
Motivation to meet goals and earn performance-based bonuses

Start at $18 per hour, and after 45 days, your hourly pay increases to $20 per hour. On top of that, our uncapped bonus structure gives you the opportunity to earn more based on your performance.
