Flex Security Officer – Concierge

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Flex Security Officer for concierge duties at various facilities including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, or overnight shifts any day of the week.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 (Daily Pay available for employees).
• Must have security experience or at least 2 years of verifiable customer‑service experience.

• Welcome guests, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
• Create badges for employees, vendors, and guests.
• Operate computers for typing and learning new programs.
• Prior security experience not required; prior badging experience is a plus.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer proficiency.
• Preferred:
  Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience.
• State security license if required.
