FLEX Security Officer (Dispatch) – Plano, TX

Marksman Security Corporation is now hiring FLEX Dispatch Communications Officers to monitor security systems, dispatch personnel, and manage emergency communication for 24/7/365 security operations. This part‑time position requires weekend and holiday availability, and a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Location: Toyota Motor North America, Inc., 6565 Headquarters Dr, Plano, TX 75024

Hours: Afternoon / Overnight shifts, ASAP; part‑time.

Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Shift: Weekend and holiday availability required. Must be able to respond to assignments with little to no advance notice.

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real time.
• Monitor facility CCTV for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
• Manage incoming phone calls and alerts via internal communications systems, national weather alerts, and act quickly and decisively.
• Document incidents accurately in security electronic reporting platforms.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
• Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters).
• Utilize internal communications systems, including radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems, and computer‑based software with a high level of professionalism.
• Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges.
• Provide security support for various client projects and events.
• Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property.

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Non-commissioned security license in Texas.
• Previous dispatch experience required.
• Previous security experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Monitoring and surveillance experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Attentive to detail.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
