2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday thru Friday (Off – Saturday & Sunday)

$23.00 hourly

PLANO, TX – Headquarters

• Minimum 3 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• 1 year in a supervisory or command role preferred.
• Six months of experience in a SOC or GSOC setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Lenel Access Control, X‑Protect – Milestone, and Perspective Reporting Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to train others in report writing, including the 5 W’s and reflection report completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to remain calm, composed, and effective during high‑pressure and emergency situations.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to documentation and accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid Texas Security Guard License.

• Supervise and lead security personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to post orders, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and operate security systems including Lenel Access Control, X‑Protect – Milestone, and Perspective Reporting Systems to maintain site security and safety.
• Train and mentor security officers in professional report writing, emphasizing the 5 W’s (Who, What, When, Where, Why) and accurate reflection report completion.
• Respond to and manage emergency situations, incidents, and alarms with composure and effectiveness while coordinating appropriate resources.
• Conduct regular inspections of security posts and personnel to ensure compliance with Toyota and Marksman standards and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident documentation, and maintain accurate records with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with site management, clients, and team members through written reports and professional verbal presentations.
• Coordinate shift activities and staffing to ensure continuous coverage and operational readiness across all security functions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Security Operations Center (SOC/GSOC) communications and escalations during assigned shifts.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support 24/7 security operations.

Required to have previous experience in security or customer service fields. State training and licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
