• Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording.
• Monitor intrusion detection systems and alarm response.
• Perform emergency dispatch and incident reporting.
• Analyze incidents and maintain accurate logs.
• Program and troubleshoot remote alarm panels.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients.

Preferred experience in call center operations, dispatch, or camera monitoring. No direct experience required; this is an excellent entry‑level opportunity to begin a career in the security industry.
