Marksman Security is seeking an experienced dispatch professional to support our Security Operations Center. Security Operations Center experience is required, and a background in both security and customer service is preferred.

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real‑time.
• Watch facility CCTV for unsafe conditions, unauthorized access, and other security violations.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
• Handle incoming phone calls and alerts via the internal communications system, national weather reports, and act quickly and decisively.
• Document incidents accurately in security electronic reporting platforms.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
• Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters).
• Utilize internal communication systems, including radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems and computer‑based software with a high level of professionalism.
• Operate facility badge software, enabling and disabling badges as needed.
• Provide security support for various client projects and events.
• Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property.

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Non‑commissioned security license issued by the State of Texas.
• Previous dispatch experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Experience with monitoring and surveillance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous security experience required.
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
