As a Security Officer – Flex Bank Lobby in Plano, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a Flex part-time officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report suspicious behaviors.
• Assist clients, visitors, and employees with inquiries and directions.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen when permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
