At International Security Services (ISS), we are looking for you
, a dependable and professional individual who takes pride in maintaining safety and order. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for screening visitors, monitoring the lobby, and ensuring a secure and welcoming environment at our client’s municipal courthouse. This role also includes light computer-based duties and interaction with the public.
- Screen all visitors using metal detecting equipment to ensure safety
- Monitor the lobby and maintain a visible, professional presence
- Assist guests and provide courteous directions or information
- Complete light computer tasks, including logging visitor activity
- Report any suspicious activity or incidents promptly to supervisors
- Support courthouse safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Are attentive and observant, able to notice unusual activity
- Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors and staff
- Remain calm and courteous in high traffic or fast paced situations
- Follow established procedures consistently and reliably
- Are comfortable using computers and basic software applications
- Holiday pay.
