Water Restoration Technician​/Lead Tech

Monitors, inspects, and completes tasks for Water Restoration jobs to ensure the completion of drying, demolition, and various restoration activities. Prepares and reviews documentation, including notes, photos, and documents, according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies. Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restoration or construction industry is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to read and follow product label instructions.
• Punctuality and proper uniform adherence.
• Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
• Certifications (preferred):
  • WTR – Water Damage Restoration Technician
  • ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician
