THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ENTRY‑LEVEL ROLE

This position works a full‑time schedule with on‑call, overtime, and weekend work as needed.

As an entry‑level Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician, your day starts with a sense of purpose. You'll conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot potential issues, and ensure HVAC systems run smoothly. You also engage with homeowners, collecting payments, and delivering information with clarity. Your role is pivotal in enhancing system performance and providing a seamless experience for our clients!

Here's what we need from you:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Physical ability to work in all types of climates, climb ladders, walk, squat, bend, balance, climb, kneel, crawl, and stand for prolonged periods
  • Willingness to work on‑call and overtime as needed
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
