This position works a full‑time schedule with on‑call, overtime, and weekend work as needed.

As an entry‑level Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician, your day starts with a sense of purpose. You'll conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot potential issues, and ensure HVAC systems run smoothly. You also engage with homeowners, collecting payments, and delivering information with clarity. • High school diploma or GED
• Physical ability to work in all types of climates, climb ladders, walk, squat, bend, balance, climb, kneel, crawl, and stand for prolonged periods
• Willingness to work on‑call and overtime as needed
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
