Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Our top client in Plano, TX is looking for a Direct Hire maintenance Tech with specific strengths in HVAC - Danfoss experience. This is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm role.

• Under supervision, assist with maintenance of multiple mechanical areas, including components within HVAC systems, plumbing installation and maintenance, generator operations, fire detection and suppression, life safety systems, temperature control systems, building management systems, and digital systems (including fire alarm, duress, card access, and CCTV).
• Maintain and monitor electronic work-order ticketing systems to perform and track all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance within the data center campus.
• Inspect buildings, lighting systems, grounds, and equipment to ensure safe, well-maintained conditions, identifying hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs.
• Perform minor electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including replacing light bulbs, ballasts, and fuses (depending on experience).
• Identify and perform basic service and repair on plumbing fixtures, and open clogged lines and drains.
• Operate a variety of machinery, equipment, and tools including saws, routers, drills, sanders, planers, drill presses, and various hand tools.
• Monitor building conditions and tour the property periodically during scheduled shifts.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment; recommend tools, supplies, and equipment for purchase.
• Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and storage of supplies, furniture, and equipment.
• Adjust hours or scheduled days (including occasional overtime or weekend work) as required.
