• Maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment.
• Operate and maintain mechanical systems within the HVAC, plumbing, generator operations, fire detection and suppression, life safety, temperature control, building management systems, and digital systems (including fire alarm, duress, card access, CCTV).
• Electrical responsibilities include planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs; ensure conformance with change control development, approvals, and execution.
• Schedule, develop, and quality assure preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance tasks.
• Perform work in accordance with governing MOP/SOP/ERP procedures and maintenance work instructions.
• Operate and monitor critical and non-critical system equipment; oversee work efforts (including 3rd party contractors) for safe and compliant operation, maintenance (corrective and preventive), and modification of critical equipment. Disable and enable fire alarm control panels and systems.
• Receive and execute work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance on critical systems and building structures. Consult with Facility Manager or Lead CFT to order necessary materials and finalize work orders in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure) and to customer concerns.
• Monitor building operations and conduct periodic property tours during scheduled shifts.
• Understand the engineering design and operational aspects of electrical systems; evaluate, assign, and monitor safety responsibilities and procedures for employees and contractors.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and contribute to process improvements for continuous improvement and innovation.

• High school diploma and minimum 3-5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support; or 7+ years’ experience as HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician.
• Electrical/mechanical certifications preferred.
• Able to work overtime and longer shifts (12 hours).
• Shifts may require day/night, weekend, and holiday coverage.
• Computer skills required: MS Office.
• Hourly Pay Range: $35-47/hr.
