• Apartment Maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work full‑time.
• Professional, positive attitude.
• To be on call for emergency work orders.
• Excellent oral and written communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and effectively prioritize work requests.
• Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• High School or Equivalent Experience.

• Inspect vacated apartments, complete checklists for make‑ready, and report to the office staff.
• Trash out after move‑out.
• Caulking, sheetrock, texture repair.
• Painting (full/touch‑up).
• Plumbing.
• Check HVAC and make any necessary repairs.
• Tile repair and installation.
• Installation of appliances, light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, screens, doors.
• Final cleaning.

• Maintain grounds, Tenant Lounge, and other common areas clean and nice.
• Clean and maintain swimming pool during summer.
• Perform work orders for various issues including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, water heater, and all other appliances.
• Perform any preventive maintenance.
• Work with the office manager for any supply order.
• On‑call for emergency work orders.
