- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure operational reliability.
- Diagnose machine breakdowns and perform repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Support maintenance and repair activities for buildings, grounds, and facility equipment.
- Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Install and maintain lighting, shelving, workstations, electrical components, and other facility improvements as needed.
- Create and maintain preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and records for manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain accurate forklift inspection and maintenance logs.
- Obtain and maintain forklift certification as required.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on CNC mills and lathes.
- Complete light plumbing repairs and facility maintenance tasks.
- Support office and facility reconfigurations, including moving furniture and hanging signage.
- Perform basic HVAC and refrigeration maintenance activities.
- Conduct hydraulic and standard fluid changes on manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company procedures, HSSE policies, quality standards, and management directives.
- Participate in all required meetings, training, and development activities.
- Ability to communicate, including the ability to read, write, and speak English and promptly follow verbal and written directions in English.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
