POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring a Licensed Electrician who can deliver high-quality electrical work while providing an exceptional customer experience.

This role goes beyond technical ability.

You will be expected to:

• Diagnose problems accurately
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Think through solutions—not justfollow steps
• Take ownership of your work fromstart to finish

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems
• Perform panel upgrades,troubleshooting, installations, and safety corrections
• Identify root causes—not justsymptoms
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Document work and notesaccurately in our system
• Collaborate with dispatch andteam members to stay efficient
