We are hiring a Licensed Electrician who can deliver high-quality electrical work while providing an exceptional customer experience.

This role goes beyond technical ability.

You will be expected to:

• Diagnose problems accurately
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Think through solutions—not just follow steps
• Take ownership of your work from start to finish

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems
• Perform panel upgrades, troubleshooting, installations, and safety corrections
• Identify root causes—not just symptoms
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Document work and notes accurately in our system
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to stay efficient

This is NOT a fit if you:

• Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or higher preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in the field
• Clear and confident communication skills
• High level of personal accountability
• Desire to grow professionally and financially
