Overview
Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy). Architect and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, Flows, and integrations. Mentor, coach, and manage a team of Salesforce engineers. Collaborate with product managers, admins, and business stakeholders for solution delivery. Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices. Oversee release management and CI/CD processes to ensure smooth deployments.
Required Qualifications:- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Architect track) – Mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
