This role is remote to 5360 Legacy Drive Plano, TX 75024, but will require reporting in the office for project support as needed.

As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of Java full stack software solutions. This role requires extensive experience in software development and the ability to provide technical leadership to development teams.

• Develop software solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance, both independently and with a team.
• Analyze complex technical problems, propose efficient solutions, and deliver within deadlines.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
• Conduct technical interviews and assist with estimates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Showcase technical designs and solutions.
• Interface with QA, Production Support, Architects, Other Development Teams, and Project Managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Extensive software development experience and strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in SDLC, ability to work independently and in teams, and a passion for innovation.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Core Java and at least one UI framework.
• Experience with Java frameworks like Spring Boot or Jersey, RESTful API design, and unit/integration testing.
• At least two years designing enterprise-grade web services and websites.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; 7+ years of experience.
• Leadership or senior role experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java, OOP, and design patterns.
• Experience with Angular for interactive UI development.
• Experience debugging applications in production using tools like ELK stack or Splunk.

• Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and operate a computer and office equipment.
• Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.

Salary range: $ - $, based on experience and qualifications. Eligible for equipment purchase allowance of up to $255.
