We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with 10-15 years of expertise in designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS cloud-native deployments, with the ability to lead architectural discussions, mentor junior developers, and deliver reliable enterprise-grade solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Design and implement technical architecture for Java-based microservices.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop and optimize Spring Batch jobs for high-volume data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud-native applications in AWS.
• Work with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab, Docker) to automate build and release pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues using monitoring and logging tools.
• Write clean, modular, efficient code that aligns with industry best practices.

• 10-15 years of professional Java development experience.
• Proven expertise in Spring Boot microservices architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Spring Batch and enterprise data processing.
• Background in production support, monitoring, and logging.

• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile best practices and system design reviews.
• Exposure to cloud-native container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
