We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer who brings deep technical expertise, a strong sense of ownership, and a track record of driving meaningful outcomes.

In this role, you’ll play a central part in shaping the direction of critical systems—translating complex designs into scalable, real‑world solutions. You’ll partner closely with enterprise architects and stakeholders in a fast‑moving Agile environment, navigating ambiguity with confidence and clarity. From building core features to mentoring engineers and influencing architecture, you’ll be directly involved in the systems that matter most.

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud‑native technologies.
• Implement complex architecture in collaboration with enterprise architects, contributing actively to development efforts.
• Work with stakeholders in Agile environments to align technical solutions with business priorities.
• Bring structure to ambiguous requirements through sound engineering judgment and initiative.
• Own critical components, driving performance, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate team standards through code reviews and technical leadership.
• Uphold best practices in testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring quality and scalability.

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in software development with a solid technical foundation and relevant experience in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST API, real‑time streaming architectures, and microservices architecture patterns.
• Proven experience delivering cloud‑native applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and event‑driven architecture in real‑world systems.
• Solid background in microservices and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions), version control, and Dev Ops tooling.
