Q LLC in Plano, Texas is seeking experienced Software Developers to design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions.

• Leading the design and development of advanced Salesforce solutions.
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
• Collaborating with project managers to assess CRM requirements.
• Analyzing, coding, and rolling out Salesforce applications.
• Establishing project timelines and application development objectives.
• Providing training to the team with the latest Salesforce releases internally.
• Identifying and resolving issues and glitches.
• Documenting processes and delivering technical training to Salesforce personnel.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
• Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.

No travel. No telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field of study and 5 Year(s) of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.
• Proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with Salesforce CRM configurations, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, Visual Studio,  Data Loader, Workbench, GIT.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
