The RoleWe’re hiring Lead Software Engineers to join our team and help drive the design and development of innovative applications. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable software using modern tools and frameworks. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions that make an impact.
What You’ll Do- Lead design, development, and delivery of full-stack features using Node.js, React, JavaScript / Type Script
- Build and optimize reusable React components, RESTful APIs, and microservices
- Provide technical guidance and set best practices for code quality, testing, and architecture
- Partner with product, design, and QA to deliver software on time and to spec
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers
- Conduct code reviews, define project timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Drive innovation while ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in Node.js, React, Type Script / JavaScript, HTML / CSS, Bash
- 2+ years working with Mongo
DB / Redis and messaging systems like Kafka or MQ - Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, Graph
QL, and JSON - Solid database design skills (SQL + No
SQL) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong grasp of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- HR video screen (short)
- Technical video interview with Principal Software Engineer
- Final on-site (1.5 hrs) with Principal Software Engineer + IT Director
Salary : $150,000 – $175,000 base + 15% annual bonus (Pay is based on experience) 401(k) with 6% match 18 days PTO + 5 sick days Comprehensive benefits for you and your family (FREE) Opportunity to lead exciting, modern projects with a collaborative engineering team
