Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer
Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX. You will lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise applications, ensuring cloud-ready and event-driven architecture.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
- Execute product specifications, system design, development, and integration for enterprise applications.
- Develop new product concepts and deliver prototypes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and design individual software components for scalable solutions.
- Refactor implementations to standardize on event-driven architecture and make web applications stateless and cloud-ready.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and offshore teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth release processes.
- Maintain and enhance Documentum D2 configurations, while integrating with backend systems and ensuring compliance with coding standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in Documentum development and Java (1.8), with at least 2 years of experience configuring Documentum D2.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming and web service models (SOAP, OData, REST), with hands‑on experience in API integration.
- Proficiency in GIT, Apache Maven, and experience with backend systems such as Oracle or SQL Server; familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Angular
JS or Knockout
JS preferred.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
