Senior Generative AI Engineer / Architect
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, machine learning, Python, SQL, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and AI agents. This role requires a combination of software engineering proficiency, AI solution architecture, rapid prototyping, and enterprise AI integration experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI/ML solutions and Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases.
Build LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and agentic AI workflows.
Develop and validate proofs of concept (POCs) using Python, AI SDKs, and model APIs.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and model performance.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, data, and business teams to transition validated prototypes into scalable production solutions.
Contribute to AI architecture decisions involving model selection, cloud infrastructure, APIs, security, and deployment.
Develop reusable data pipelines and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, data engineering, or related technical fields.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience developing LLM applications, RAG systems, vector search solutions, and AI-enabled workflows.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and model APIs.
Familiarity with platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, or Hugging Face.
Strong understanding of data pipelines, model experimentation, and AI solution development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
Knowledge of agentic AI, multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and model fine-tuning.
Experience designing scalable cloud-based AI architectures and production-ready enterprise solutions.
Relevant AI, cloud, or data engineering certifications.
Work Arrangement:
Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Plano, Texas, four days per week.
