Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Service Now ITSM Developer with strong expertise in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog. The candidate will be responsible for Service Now development, customization, integrations, and platform configuration while following Agile and SDLC practices.
Job Duties- Configure and customize Service Now ITSM modules
- Develop Service Catalog items, record producers, and custom applications
- Build integrations with external systems
- Develop workflows, transform maps, and automation solutions
- Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams
- Provide training and documentation to business users
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
