Primary Responsibilities- Solid understanding of software engineering processes:
Design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and dev-ops. - Analyze business requirements to develop database solutions for Health Care and Reporting systems.
- Provide support for Service Availability, Stability & application performance.
- Resolve production issues by code debugging, analyze logs, perform reverse engineering to find the root cause and suggest permanent fix within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends.
- 4-6 Years experience in Mainframe technologies (FSE).
- 5 years of experience with JCL, COBOL.
- 5 years of experience with DB2, SQL.
- 5-7 years of experience with CICS, API.
- 3 Years of experience in REXX.
- 2 years experience with BI Tools (Tableau) or Power BI.
- Strong experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirements.
- Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles.
- Knowledge of Airflow and TWSd batch jobs is required.
- Manage code migration through the various stages for the release.
- Flexible working in different shifts and ability to take the on-call responsibility in rotation.
- Exposure to Python.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with Rally/Agile tools.
