• Average weekly pay : $1,500 ($72,000–$88,000 annually)
• Longevity pay :
  Drivers with 5+ years earn $93,000+

• Valid CDL-A license, age 21 or older
• At least 6 months OTR experience in the last year, or 1 year OTR experience in the last 3 years
• Max 3 moving violations and 3 preventable accidents in last 3 years
• DWI convictions must be 5+ years old
• No SAP drivers allowed
