Job Description:

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily logistics operations and working closely with the customer to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including dispatching drivers, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in logistics operations and customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding transportation and logistics.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure that all customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Provide regular reports to customers on performance metrics and address any concerns or issues they may have.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the transportation or warehousing industry is a plus. Entry level will be trained.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a PLUS!
• Strong customer service skills and experience managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
