Job Description
Automotive Mechanic/Technician
Hourly Rate: $16 to $38 (based on experience and certifications)
As an Automotive Technician, you will perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of guest vehicles. You will participate in comprehensive training from day one and work as part of a team to deliver excellent guest experiences, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
- Obtain guest approval for work after diagnosis and maintain a clean work area
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
- Test drive vehicles and use shop truck safely for inventory pickup
- Collaborate and lead General Service Technicians when appropriate
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
- Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs
- Guest and team-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE certification (A1-A8)
- State Inspector License
- Technical school certificate/degree
