Our software solutions help municipality and county governments across the country reduce the costs and manpower associated with traditional live auctions by conducting sales via the Internet in compliance with state statutes.
Position OverviewThe Junior Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing the implementation and operation of our online auction software solutions. This position involves analyzing client needs, coordinating with our IT department, overseeing auction processes, and ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing support and training. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities- Analyze client requirements and assist in the implementation of software solutions.
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the auction process, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the IT department to address technical requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Train clients and bidders on the use of Realauction’s software and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Document processes, updates, and client feedback to improve future implementations.
Required

- Must possess a professional appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
