At Aman at Sea, we are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Solution Architect to join our growing Information Technology team. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions aligned with Aman at Sea’s business strategy. Working across departments, the Solution Architect helps define the IT roadmap, enhance operational efficiency, and guide development teams through the software lifecycle.

• Design and deliver enterprise‑grade technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide architectural leadership and evaluate new software releases for business value.
• Develop proofs of concept, reference architectures, and integration strategies.
• Guide development teams and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders on process improvement and innovation.
• Define technical specifications and oversee implementation across platforms.
• Ensure alignment with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support disaster recovery and IT governance practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and track IT budgets and performance.
• Maintain professional knowledge and stay current on emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field;
  Master’s degree and certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology solution design and architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft stack, Azure Integration, Mulesoft, Salesforce, SQL, and Power Apps.
• Strong background in enterprise system design, database admin, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a strategic, analytical approach.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence across global teams.
• Flexibility to work non‑standard hours during key business cycles.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs.
