Ideally seeking someone located in South Florida but will consider candidates on the East Coast if necessary. Prioritized states include FL, AL, LA, NJ, NY, TX, and PA.

Work Schedule: 2 days in office (Tuesday and typically Thursday), 3 days remote

Interview Process: 2 interviews – first round via Zoom with the CEO, PI assessment, final onsite interview with the CEO and team

Must Haves

• 7+ years of B2C marketing experience
• Experience in a multi-site healthcare organization – DSO/DPO preferred
• Strong project management skills including managing budgets, deadlines, partners, and clients
• Experience interpreting data and storytelling
• Proven track record of implementing marketing programs to grow business and retain patients/customers
• Willingness to travel to all practice locations in FL, AL, LA, NJ, NY, TX, and PA

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing efforts for a rapidly growing DSO. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will oversee all marketing activities for corporate and partner dental practices across multiple states. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies such as website optimization, SEO, paid media, social media, and online review management. The role involves collaborating with external agencies, setting and tracking new patient targets, managing marketing budgets, and working with dentists and managers to achieve growth objectives.

The VP will also establish dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and ensure marketing expenditures stay within budget.
