Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation ( Hybrid U.S

Adasoft is expanding its U.S. team and is looking for a Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation to develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and support the growth of our automation solutions in the U.S. market.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines technical knowledge, commercial skills, and a customer-focused approach to understand customer needs and deliver effective automation solutions.

• Headquarters: Plantation, Florida with Remote flexibility.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. (40–60%).

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and support the definition of technical solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact to proposal and project award.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with the support of our engineering teams.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in industry events, promotional activities, and customer visits.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver successful projects.

• Degree or technical education in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields

• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Business Development, or Industrial Marketing.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems is highly valued.
• Experience supporting technical proposals, customer interactions, and commercial activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Experience selling industrial projects or automation solutions.
• Background in manufacturing, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Chemical, or other industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, ABB, Beckhoff, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Industry 4.0, MES, IIoT, or Smart Manufacturing.
