Troubleshoot low-voltage control wiring and BAS communication issues.

Support system upgrades, expansions, software updates, backups, and database maintenance.

Work with IP-based building networks and communication protocols used within BAS environments.

Maintain accurate field service reports, timesheets, and project documentation.

Communicate professionally with customers, facility teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
