Chief Enrollment and Marketing Officer
University of Wisconsin‑Platteville is seeking a dynamic leader to direct recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and marketing units, guiding resource allocation and personnel management to achieve institutional enrollment goals.
Location:
University of Wisconsin‑Platteville, Platteville, WI.
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience and education.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple functional areas, including admissions, recruitment, marketing, and financial aid.
- Serve as the university’s brand ambassador by advancing identity, brand awareness, messaging, and marketing.
- Embed UW‑Platteville values—particularly Access and Success for students—by taking a holistic approach to enrollment that balances recruiting with partnering across campus to promote student success.
- Demonstrate agility and grace in the dynamic, competitive, and critical higher‑education landscape.
- Provide strategic support to the Assistant Chancellor and other members of the Chancellor’s cabinet, collaborating with academic affairs, student support, athletics, administration, and finance, among others.
- Regularly meet with the Chancellor to update on enrollment and marketing efficacy, align efforts with changing environmental conditions, and discuss future initiatives.
