Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
Location: Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided)
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand into new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other potential risk areas. You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Responsibilities- Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and related risk areas.
- Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including depositions, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations.
- Develop and implement proactive risk‑mitigation strategies to minimize liability.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance on emerging legal frameworks domestically and internationally.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Competitive and regulatory litigation experience (preferred).
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, and collaborative mindset.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
