• Wages from $17.50 to $22 an hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials – Weekdays: PMs $1.50/hr, NOCS $2.00/hr;
  Weekends $1.00/hr
• $2,500 Full‑Time Sign‑On Bonus

• Provides quality care to guests in a nourishing environment
• Provides individualized attention, encouraging each guest’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well‑being
• Carrying out assignments required for the guest’s activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Attending to individual needs of all guests regarding incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication and other needs
• Maintaining skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears and other damage by turning, repositioning immobile guests and applying moisturizers to fragile skin
• Performing various tasks assigned by the floor nurse including checking vital signs, weighing guests, applying creams/ointments and collecting specimens
• Knowledgeable of individual care plans and supporting the care planning process by providing supervisors with specific information and observations
• Assisting the wound care nurse as directed
• Completing medical records documenting care provided and other information in accordance with nursing policies while maintaining strict confidentiality
• Assuring that established infection control and standard precaution practices are maintained when providing care; following safety precautions when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies
• Reporting all hazardous conditions, damaged equipment and supply issues to the supervisor
• Answering and responding to call lights promptly and courteously
• Assisting with new admissions, re‑admissions and the transfer of guests to different rooms within the facility
• Communicating and interacting effectively and tactfully with guests, visitors, families, peers and supervisors
• Attending and participating in departmental meetings and in‑services as directed

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or have worked a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) or as a Travel CNA contractor – looking for a permanent facility with great benefits
• Experienced in long‑term care preferred
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
