PRN/Casual - Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) inic Villa
St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community in southwest Wisconsin, is hiring PRN Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The role offers long‑term skilled nursing care and short‑term rehabilitation to older adults in a peaceful setting.
Position Details
- Part‑time, PRN positions
- AM, PM or NOC shifts – 8‑hour or 12‑hour options
- Shift differential for PM and NOC shifts
- Require six shifts per month; at least three on a weekend; one summer and one winter holiday (as available)
- Pay: LPN $26.50–$32.00 per hour; RN $35.50–$45.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide prescribed medical treatment under RN supervision (LPN)
- Assess, medication administration, monitoring, documentation and all nurse practice activities
- Deliver person‑centered, holistic care to residents
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State Wisconsin
- Active CPR certification
- Knowledge and experience in geriatrics
- Knowledge and experience with state and federal regulations
