Building Maintenance (2nd shift) – Epic

Join Epic’s campus in Madison, WI, and help maintain our 9‑million‑square‑foot facilities. This position requires relocation to Madison, WI, with financial assistance available.

As a member of the Building Maintenance team, you will perform inspections, prepare rooms, and spearhead independent projects such as flooring repair, carpentry, upholstery, and woodworking. You will also support other teams—Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Horticulture, and Culinary—to ensure a productive campus for employees and patients.

• Inspect facility areas and prepare rooms for use.
• Lead independent repair projects: flooring, carpentry, upholstery, and woodworking.
• Support department teams (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Horticulture, Culinary).
• Respond to unpredictable needs of a small city on any given day.

• Experience with general building maintenance (basic electrical, plumbing, painting, or repair work).
• Must live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate.
• Availability to work second shift hours or one weekend day per week.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
