Assistant Offensive Football Coach Camp
Join the University of Wisconsin‑Platteville as an Assistant Offensive Football Coach/Summer Camp Coordinator. The Division of Athletics and Recreation seeks an offensive football coach (wide receivers or tight ends or running back) to guide the program in accordance with our values of Graduating Champions, Fundraising and Revenue Generation, Athletic Excellence, Recruiting, Administration and Compliance. This is a paid leave and benefits eligible position with a salary of $33,000.
PositionSummary
The role involves coaching, developing student‑athletes, recruiting top Division III prospects, and supporting alumni relationships. You will maintain roster goal expectations, achieve NCAA DIII Top 25 rankings, ensure compliance with FAR oversight, and promote gender equity and diversity.
Key Job Responsibilities- Celebrate and create a culture that places people first, encouraging generosity and open conversation.
- Support fundraising and revenue generation through alumni engagement, the Pioneering Forward Annual Fund, and partnerships with the Foundation and Athletic Administration.
- Maintain athletic excellence by ranking among the NCAA DIII Top 25, finishing in the top half of conference standings, and qualifying for postseason competition.
- Implement recruitment strategies to attract top Division III prospects, manage campus visits, and coordinate with recruitment, admissions, and residence life offices.
- Lead the team in all administrative duties and program oversight.
