Upstate New York: A respected 300-bed medical center on a beautiful 45-acre campus is actively recruiting two Anesthesiologists to join a well-established hospital-employed practice a SITE LEADER with enhanced compensation, and a staff Anesthesiologist. Join 8 current Anesthesiologists and 3 CRNAs attending a broad range of general Anesthesia cases, including obstetrics and some pediatrics. Anesthesiologists with OB and pediatric experience are especially encouraged to apply.

As Site Leader, you will provide clinical oversight and administrative leadership across two affiliated hospital sites in northern New York. Site Leader responsibilities include scheduling, mentoring, recruitment, quality initiatives, and coordination with academic health system leadership. You will play a key role in advancing anesthesia services across the region, with the opportunity to develop future residency rotations and grow into broader leadership within the network - potentially including future consideration for a departmental chair role.

You will earn a highly competitive salary of $550,000, plus a $100,000 sign-on bonus and additional benefits that include:
