PCU RN Facility: 341-bed hospital | Trauma Level II Unit:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU / Tele) Start:
Within 2 weeks (license on file at submission)

Experience:

1+ year PCU/Tele required | Prior travel preferred

Certifications:

AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (NIHSS prior to start) License:
Active NY RN Ratios: 3:1

Schedule:

12-hr shifts 7a/7p | Every other weekend | No call | No block scheduling Floating:
Yes – assigned to Resource Float Team (appropriate units first)

Skills Required:

Telemetry, insulin & cardiac drips, IV starts, post-cardiac cath care Patient Mix: ACS, HF, Bipap/CPAP, post-PTCA/stents, ETOH withdrawal, vascular surgery, insulin drips, cardioversion EMR:
Epic (within last 2 years – nonnegotiable) Scrubs:
Navy blue or white Support: RT & Anesthesia 24/7 | Tele techs available Rates:
Travel $100 | 51–100 mi $95 | ≤50 mi $90 (straight-line distance) Notes:
Reliable vehicle required; snow/all-season tires Nov–Apr
