Seasonal Client Service Professional / ReceptionistThe Client Service Professional / Receptionist plays a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience. You will answer phones, greet clients, match them with the best‑suited tax professional, and manage scheduling. Your work ensures clients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their entire interaction with H&R Block.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences.
- Ensure all clients’ needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi‑task and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Sales or marketing experience.
