* Job Description:

** Assists in the market research, ideation, management, and marketing of limited time offers which include personal care, household, and food or drink products.
*
* Job Responsibilities:

*** Participates in the product development process, including formula, packaging, positioning, and marketing
* Organizes product files and launch schedules for new products
* Ensures constant communication between the product marketing team and other departments, including international, purchasing, operations, R&D, regulatory, and creative services
* Leads and owns product revisions, reformulations, and new product development while coordinating with the project management team and other departments, as assigned
* Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintains research databases
* Assists in the creation of business plans, content for marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, and market research tools
* Accomplishes goals through ownership and accountability; explores opportunities to add value to department and company goals

* Job Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree or other significant product marketing experience
* 2-4 years of product development experience
* Some knowledge of personal care and essential oil industries preferred
* Genuine enthusiasm for and interest in a marketing or product development career
* Proven organizational skills
* Be able to maintain confidentiality throughout the product development process
* Proven writing skills
* Must work well under pressure
* Ability to juggle many projects at once
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy do
