We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to oversee groundskeeping operations and maintain strong client relationships for our Elite Grounds division. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating with the operations team to meet client expectations.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the groundskeeping/landscaping operations team.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial or residential groundskeeping accounts.
• Conduct site visits to assess service quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Prepare service proposals, estimates, and contracts.
• Monitor crew performance and ensure work adheres to contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and crew leaders to schedule and execute services.
• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Track budgets, labor costs, and materials to maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide reports and updates to senior management on client satisfaction and operational performance.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant university degree desired
• Fluency in English and Spanish desired
