We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented copywriter to join the dōTERRA Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and impactful copy across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Working closely with stakeholders and senior leadership, the Marketing Copywriter will develop content for products, emails, newsletters, web, social media, scripting, and literature. This individual will play a vital role in strengthening our communication with customers and Wellness Advocates, helping them share our products with confidence and grow their businesses.

* ** Develop high-quality written content
** for a variety of audiences and communication channels.
* ** Tailor messaging
** to resonate with different audiences while maintaining brand voice and tone.
* ** Translate complex concepts
** into clear, concise, and engaging content that drives understanding and action.
* ** Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
** to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
* ** Support cross-functional teams
** with content needs that align with brand standards.
* ** Proofread and edit
** copy to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy.
* ** Manage content workflow
** from initial draft through final review, preparing for assets and distribution.
* ** Maintain product knowledge
** and stay informed on departmental initiatives to produce relevant and timely content.
* ** Upload and publish content
** across multiple platforms, following company processes and guidelines.

** Qualifications and Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* Minimum 2 years of professional copywriting experience across digital and print channels.
* Experience in direct sales or multilevel marketing (MLM) is advantageous but not required.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Professional, calm, and confident communicator with excellent command of English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
