* Job Description:

** Generate content for education materials for dō, member education app, and in training materials/programs. Responsible for content creation and project management for training initiatives.
*
* Job Responsibilities:

*** Conceptualize, write, create, gather, and develop content
* Collaborate on content development and work with creative staff and web design team on art direction, editing, and publishing.
* Work closely with training coordinator to ensure new initiatives and projects are completed on time
* Assist in building the dōTERRA brand through writing training materials for web, video scripts, and text training programs
* Work on other educational materials as needed and perform other responsibilities as directed
* Collaborate with Wellness Advocate leaders at all levels to find how our training content can best support them in their efforts
* Make sure all projects are clearly defined and parties involved understand their role.
* Check in regularly with key contributors and provide updates on project status.
* Gather and act on significant feedback from site visitors, online and academic research and fact checking to support content

* Job Qualifications:

*** 02-4 years of experience preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in English or technical writing or related field preferred, but strong consideration given to candidates with any extensive writing experience
* Ability to communicate and write effectively, to generate well-written content quickly and independently
* Excellent organizational skills, able to work well within a team and with distributors required
* Proven ability to write well and stay on top of projects and timelines
* Writing samples are helpfuldo
